Important Dates (2025 - 2026)
The following dates may or may not apply to you depending on your course start and end date.
September 2: Students first day of school.
September 3 - 30: Window for beginning of the year benchmark screeners for reading, writing and math.
November 5 - 6: Parent Teacher Student Conference Evenings
Transfer Deadline: For students that need to change their Semester 1 enrollment to a different term (either Semester 2 or Yearlong) see the deadline below. Please contact your academic advisor or school supports to discuss.
January 5 – 30: Window for middle of year benchmark screeners for reading, writing and math
May 4 - June 12: Window for end of year benchmark screeners for reading, writing and math [Note: Grade 1-6
Reading Deadline likely May 30 for Ministry]
March 25 - 26: Parent Teacher Student Conference Evenings
April 30: Deadline to enroll in K-9 course without conversation/reasons. Online registration form closes.
June 17: Complete the students transitions document (internal date)
June 18: Teachers have comments done so Campus Admin can review.
June 22: Marks are sent to the Ministry.
June 25: Teachers send final report cards home in the morning.
Reporting of Marks Deadline: If you remain enrolled after the dates below, we will be obligated to submit a mark to your transcript. If you would like to drop a course without a mark on your transcript, you must do it on or before these dates:
Semester 1: December 12th, 2025
Semester 2: May 30th, 2025
Yearlong: May 30th, 2025
Exam Week: If you complete your course before exam week, you can schedule your final assessment earlier.
Semester 1: Sept 2 – Jan 22 (exam week Jan 22, 23, 26, 27)
Semester 2: Jan 30 – June 18 (exam week June 19, 22, 23, 24)
Yearlong: Sept 2 – June 18 (exam week June 19, 22, 23, 24)
Holidays, Professional Development Days, and other non-instructional days: Refer to the calendar linked below as DLC Teachers will not be available on these days.
