How to reset my DLCgo password?

I forgot my password

Step 1: Click 'Forgot Password?"

Go to www.DLCgo.ca and click "Forgot Password?" in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Step 2: Select "Send new password"

Enter your DLCgo username that was sent to you via email, and then click 'Send new password'.

Step 3: Check your email for your temporary password

You will be sent an email with your temporary password. The email containing your temporary password will look like this:

4) Log into www.dlcgo.ca with your DLCgo username and temporary password that was emailed to you.

How to change your password

Step 1: Log in

Log in to www.dlcgo.ca with your username and password.

Step 2: Click "Edit Account"

On the left-hand side of your dashboard, scroll down and click on Edit Account

Step 3: Create a new password

Enter your old or temporary password, create a new password, confirm your new password, and hit "Save".

The next time you log in to www.DLCgo.ca, you will use your username and new password.
