Steps to reset your DLCgo password
Step 1
Go to www.DLCgo.ca and click "Forgot Password?" in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Step 2
Enter your DLCgo username that was sent to you via email, and then click 'Send new password'.
Step 3
You will be sent an email with your temporary password. The email containing your temporary password will look like this:

Log into www.dlcgo.ca with your DLCgo username and temporary password that was emailed to you.
Instructions to change your password
Step 1
Log in to www.dlcgo.ca with your username and password.
Step 2
On the left-hand side of your dashboard, scroll down and click on "Edit Account"
Step 3
Enter your old or temporary password, create a new password, confirm your new password, and hit "Save". The next time you log in to www.DLCgo.ca, you will use your username and new password.
Troubleshooting
- If you did not receive the email to reset your password, check your spam folder to see if its there.
- You can resend the request if the first one does not show up.
