Getting account does not exist/Or an unable to sign in to account error message
Account does not exist error message

You may get this message if you have an existing account or profile (personal or work) setup in your Microsoft Edge browser.
To resolve this, Go to the top left corner of your Microsoft Edge browser, then click on the profile picture(circled blue as shown in the image below),
Select “Other profiles”
Select “Set up new work profile”

A new browser window would open,
Select Sign in to sync data

Then enter your school email address and click sign in

Remember to switch between profiles when you need to get to your account, you can do this by clicking on the profile icon and selecting your school account.
