An instructional video doesn't work

If you are having technical difficulties (video not working, etc.),

Restart your browsing window.
Ensure you are using Google Chrome as your browser.
Clear your browser cache.
Check if your YouTube account has parental restrictions enabled.

If these fixes do not work, email us at helpdesk@saskDLC.ca. Be very specific about which video/link is not working and what error message you are seeing. Include screenshots and a link to the course page so we can fix the issue as soon as possible.
