Updated Proctor Link

We have updated the Proctor Application Link to a Microsoft Forms link replacing the old Google form. This change will go into effect on May 2^nd, 2025. There should be no course updates needed as the proctor link in courses points to the Support Portal article where the link will be updated.

A couple of notes:

You will not have to put in a CMR or anything at the course level as the proctor link (screen shot below) in the courses will get updated

The new links (above) are already in the Operations Manual – but ARE NOT live for students until May 2^nd, 2025.
The OLD Google form will be active until May 2^nd when the link changes. Staff will still have access to the OLD response form for the rest of the school year.
After May 2^nd the OLD form will be “closed” so students cannot submit proctor requests if they have bookmarked the link.
Students/Proctors DO NOT have to re-fill out the NEW form if they have already been approved on the OLD form
STAFF – if you have any DLCgo templates, email signatures, etc. that you share the proctor application link – those will need to be updated.
