How Do I Check my Student's Grades in DLCgo?
Graded assignments can be viewed within DLCgo. Follow these steps if you wish to access DLCgo to check them.
Prerequisites
- Sask DLC account
- DLCgo access
Step 1
Log in to DLCgo, and from the top bar, select which student you wish to check grades for.
Step 2
Under the "Academic Snapshot" tab, find the course you wish to view grades for, and click "Login" in the column beside it.
Step 3
On the course navigation bar, click on "Grades". From here, you can scroll down to see feedback on individual assignments
To view any feedback files on the assignment, click on the blue title of the assignment in the left column to see any files or additional comments your course instructor gave.
An alternative way to find grades for a specific assignment is to go to the main course page and click on an assignment. You can see if there's feedback available on the submission by clicking the "Feedback Available" link.
Troubleshooting
- If you notice an assignment has been sitting for an unusually long, unexplained wait time, check in with your instructor to see what is causing the delay.
- If you do not submit assignments in the online course, then it is up to you and your student to keep track of and monitor your emails for assignment returns and feedback from the instructor. It is our policy to send assignment return emails to both parents and the student..
